SpotLIGHT of the job
We are looking for a team member who is eager to develop their skills while actively contributing creative ideas and supporting initiatives that enhance our employer brand and candidate/employee experience, as well as support ongoing transformation efforts. As an intern (m/f/d) in our Employer Branding & Transformation team, you will support us in strengthening our employer brand while contributing to key transformation initiatives across the organization. You will gain insights into how employer branding, communication, and change management work together to drive cultural and organizational transformation. Responsibilities
1. Employer Branding: Employer Branding Projects: Assist with documentation and tracking of activities at the international level. Strong support for global and local employer branding initiatives. Event Support & Organisation: Support the planning and execution of recruiting and employer branding events. University Marketing & Partnerships: Contribute to university partnerships and talent attraction activities to increase employer brand awareness. Onboarding & Candidate Experience: Co-work on our onboarding programs and candidate/employee experience initiatives. 2. Transformation Office: Supporting internal communication & presentations: Draft intranet posts, prepare slide decks, and help structure key messages tailored to different stakeholder groups. Data consolidation & reporting: Collect, clean, and organize data (e.g. survey results, KPIs), conduct basic analyses, and support the creation of reports and presentations. Research & concept support: Conduct research on best practices and support the development of concepts, templates, and training materials. Change management support: Assist in drafting concepts, coordinating meetings, documenting meeting minutes and lessons learned, and following up on open tasks with stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
You are currently enrolled in a degree program specializing in Human Resources or a related field You are proficient in common MS Office applications You possess strong communication skills in both German and English You hold a valid Category B driving licence You are available to work from early June until the end of April 2027
