You will guide and grow a team of 40+ talented engineers , supporting them as they turn ideas and concepts into purposeful solutions. Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, trust , and continuous learning . Manage resources and budgets effectively , including internal teams and external partners, to maximize performance and innovation capacity. Implement and maintain compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements to guarantee product reliability and safety. Drive strategic initiatives to further strengthen the global impact and reputation of the Niš R&D site as a leading hub for innovation. Monitor KPIs and continuously optimize R&D processes to accelerate innovation and deliver market-leading solutions.
