GBC Operational Excellence Manager GBC Operational Excellence Manager Belgrade, Serbia SpotLIGHT of the job To support the further growth and scaling of our Global Business Centre organization , we are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-driven professional to join our team as GBC Operational Excellence Manager . This role will play a key part in strengthening governance, operational coordination, organizational transparency, and cross-functional alignment across an increasingly complex and fast-growing international environment . The position acts as a central coordination and governance support function for the GBC organization, working closely with the Head of GBC, functional leadership teams, HR, and other global stakeholders to support sustainable scaling, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities Support implementation and execution of the GBC governance model across functions Coordinate cross-functional activities, stakeholders, and leadership alignment Manage KPI, SLA, and service reporting processes Support service catalogue development and operational transparency Identify operational bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities Drive process harmonization, standardization, and scaling initiatives Coordinate transformation and continuous improvement projects Develop and maintain SOPs, governance standards, and workflows Prepare presentations, dashboards, and management reports Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, HR, or related field 5+ years of experience in operations, PMO, transformation, or governance roles Experience in Shared Services / GBS / SSC or international matrix organizations (preferred) Understanding of RACI structures, escalation management, and organizational processes (preferred) Strong project management and ability to manage multiple initiatives Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) Experience with KPIs, SLAs, reporting, and governance frameworks Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint); SAP or similar tools are a plus Experience with SOPs, process standardization, and organizational scaling What we offer A truly international team – collaborate with colleagues across different countries and cultures Employee well-being and family support programs – including private health insurance and family-oriented initiatives Social gatherings and community events – fostering connection and collaboration Personal growth – access to internal and external learning and development opportunities What matters to us We understand not only the power of the visible, but also the invisible.
