From concept creation to product optimization, you will help drive quality, performance, and continuous improvement across our portfolio. Responsibilities Working within a flexible working environment, where the main duties are following: Development and Design of Luminaires (custom products); Industrialization of custom products (Design for X, define drawings and whiring schemes, create BOMs); Modification of existing reference products; Verification of Feasibility and Compliance to existing standards (especially in case of taking over external concepts); Continuous Improvement of existing portfolio (range extensions and engineering change management) Range extension within existing product families Q-Improvement Value Engineering and Cost-Improvement Technical Consulting.
