We are looking for a new team member to join our customer services functions in Project Coordination. With a comprehensive training programme over an extended period, we will invest the time and effort to train you in our systems and processes that will allow you to be successful in supporting our sales teams. Responsibilities Ensure all customer requests are processed with excellent quality and high speed thus maintaining best in class service levels. Liaise between customers, external sales and the internal organization including feedback to customers. Ensure all enquiries regarding product availability, prices, discounts and distribution matters are dealt with professionally and efficiently. Receive, vet and process customer orders. Project and order book management. Register, process and resolve customer disputes regarding orders or issues concerning the supply of products. Ensure the required reporting is carried out daily, weekly, monthly. The creation of documentation regarding order confirmations, delivery documents etc. Skills & Experience You are experienced in working in a customer centric role. It would be advantageous if you have knowledge of SAP or a similar CRM system. You have strong administrative and organisational skills. You are a good team player with eagerness to learn.
