SpotLIGHT of the job
Take on a role supporting international retail and fashion brand clients, where you’ll manage orders end-to-end, coordinate global rollouts, and work closely with Key Account Managers to deliver smooth customer experiences. This position blends commercial and technical expertise, offering continuous learning opportunities while contributing to process improvements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Support of customers (retailers, mainly shops and fashion brands). Quotation preparation and order entry in SAP. Clarifying commercial issues such as credit limits, reminders, tax issues. Handling of incoming orders; dispatching of goods. Monitoring of dates and delivery times. Managing the international rollout (shipment, certificates, managing interfaces between countries, PSP planning). Providing assistance to Global Key Account Managers. Managing complaints. Technical clarifications and support for Account Managers (for a limited number of accounts). Monitoring of deadlines and monthly stock planning (SAP PSP) for the responsible customers. Organizing product certifications for products for international deliveries. Collaboration in the development of internal processes.
Skills & Experience
University degree (Preferably in Economics). 2 - 5 years of relevant experience. Very good knowledge of MS Office. Ability to understand and read architectural room plans and technical data sheets. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage, general knowledge of ERP is mandatory. Commercial and technical understanding is required. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. German language knowledge would be considered as an advantage. Curious personality with a desire for continuous improvement and development.
