BIM Manager BIM Manager Belgrade, Serbia - Full Time SpotLIGHT of the job Are you passionate about BIM and digital design, and motivated by improving the way teams work with Revit? Do you enjoy combining hands-on technical expertise with collaboration, training and the development of consistent design standards? If so, join us as a BIM Manager in our Global Business Centre in Belgrade and help strengthen our BIM capabilities! In this role, you will drive the integration of Revit and related tools into our design workflows, develop a Revit family library covering our lighting product portfolio, and ensure consistent BIM standards and data quality. Responsibilities Drive the integration of BIM and Revit into design workflows, including tools such as ElumTools and Dynamo. Develop and maintain Revit families and a central library covering the company’s entire product portfolio. Establish and implement BIM standards, ensuring consistent workflows, family creation and model data quality at key project handover points. Support project teams with modelling and detailing, as well as 2D CAD issues, drawing output, layering and file organisation. Collaborate with HQ through BIM coordination meetings and report on implementation progress and future needs. Coordinate software and hardware upgrades with IT to support BIM requirements. Provide internal training and onboarding for new colleagues on BIM tools, while continuously developing your own Revit expertise. Monitor BIM industry developments, identify business opportunities and recommend relevant software and workflow improvements.
