If so, join us as a proactive Account Manager located in Porto, Portugal , where you will strengthen our presence with electrical wholesalers, distributors, installers, and contractors. You will drive sales growth, enhance brand visibility, and provide technical support for our lighting solutions. This is your chance to develop new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and make our products the preferred choice across the trade network.
Responsibilities
Grow and manage the trade customer portfolio within your assigned accounts. Identify new business opportunities through regular visits and market mapping. Build strong, long-term relationships with wholesalers and trade partners, negotiating pricing and commercial terms. Ensure brand presence and drive sell-in/sell-out performance in the trade channel. Present lighting products and deliver basic technical training to distributors. Support wholesalers in handling customer requests and selecting suitable solutions. Coordinate promotional activities and monitor stock levels, assortments, and displays at points of sale. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses , while gathering customer feedback to improve strategies.
Skills & Experience

Proven experience in lighting, electrical materials, or related industries . You have a basic understanding of LED technology, optics, drivers, and photometric concepts . You have proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office . You are a strong communicator and negotiator , with a customer-focused, results-driven mindset. You should be organized and autonomous , with excellent territory management skills . Ideally, you should be educated with a technical diploma or bachelor’s degree (commercial or technical background preferred). You must have a valid driving license and a willingness to travel frequently .
