To ensure MAMMUT product prices balance sales and margin and are efficiently implemented across
all systems and tools:
Responsible for global pricing strategy across channels, including setting up and coordination of
region/market pricing roll out pre- and in-season. To ensure implementation, set up and maintenance of
pricing structure in ERP, connected systems and relevant reports. To analyze and optimize pricing
structure, set-up rules and roll-out guidelines. To ensure adherence to agreed prices and provide
support to all Commercial teams, globally.

Your responsibilities
To represent commercial teams in regards of pricing along the seasonal GTM and KPI process To collaborate closely with Category Managers and Commercial Leadership Team to assure a seasonal pricing strategy fulfilling commercial requirements To derive optimal global pricing structure and to implement into regional/market and channel related pricing framework To conduct profit simulations, considering RRP (recommended retail price) adjustments and forecast quantity impact in collaboration with the controlling team To support Commercial Leadership team in pricing strategy development To continuously evolve global pricing processes and systems and to provide training and support in his area of responsibility To calculate prices for B2B (at start) and B2C and support pricing framework and pricelists in ERP pre- and in-season To act as Pricing Master and Transactional Data & Process owner, as well as Key User To ensure adherence to agreed prices via process and systems monitoring and to provide guidance and hands-on support to all Commercial teams, globally To conduct quality checks in Sales Order Management processes, and to drive corrective actions with respective teams when needed To support Controlling in GM0 (Gross Margin 0) to CMI (Contribution Margin I) monitoring and reporting

Your profile
Economic education and further education in sales or sales administration Minimum of 5 years’ experience in (operational) sales roles Strong analytical, numeric skills and the ability to act independently to organize / coordinate processes Proficiency in Office tools (MS Ofice) and understanding of ERP systems functions Understanding of commercial performance and pricing (incl. intercompany pricing) Strong English and German skills
